[amibroker] programmatic shut down/restart of Amibroker

Hi,
 
I want to programmatically shut down Amibroker, if 
it is running, when I do an automated backup of my Quotes Plus Data file, and 
then restart it again after the backup completes.
 
What's the easiest way to do this?
