This is because AB (Or indeed a variety of programming languages) would see
this as a math calculation.
ie n=5
n+4 = 9
n+"String" = ????
When it is the other way round, ie string 1st. Then AB knows it can't do a
math calc on a string - So it just concatinates the string and the number
together to make a new string.
Hope this makes things clearer.
         Michael.
