Hello,
I'm trying to test a system for a number of stocks that some days
gives signals for 1 or 2 stocks and some days gives signals for more
than 10. My question is: how can I set AB to invest everything "it
has left" equally among all the signaled stocks?
For example, if one day I get 10 signals, I'd like AB to invest 10%
of total equity in those stocks; but if I get 2 signals I want it to
invest 50% in each. I can't achieve this through the PositionSize
variable. I guess I should be looking for a command that tells you
how many signals are there in any given day, but I wasn't able to
find such a command.
Thank you very much in advance,
Martin
