I have seen this problem ever since Yahoo story about its stalling
because of excessive access. They seem to have come up with a
scheme which would time/sense the bandwidth of the system which is
trying to download datas. Reason for this theory is sometime it
works fine for me for a while; then it hangs for several days.
Another successful experiment is to download when lighter traffic of
the day; 10PM PST or later. Just my theory.
