[amibroker] ^DJI data Yahoo EOD available again

I wrote to Yahoo 2 days ago to request they fix ^DJI historical data.
It is now available again.

In future when you notice a problem with data please send an email 
referencing the symbol(s) and problem(s) to:

finance-admin@xxxxxxxxxxxxx
