[amibroker] TJ and the IB plugin

TJ has said nothing that I am aware of regarding the 
IB plugin for a long time.  The last mention of it by TJ that I am 
aware of was when he projected that it would be ready in the fall of 2002.  

 
 I am no spring chicken, and I was sure hoping to be 
able to use it before they haul  me off to a rest home.  Ron
