Wow -- Thanks for all the responses (and the effort to help)!!
But, hey I still cannot download ^DJI.
Oh well, I'll keep an eye out for a solution. In the meantime,
looks like DIA will have to serve as a proxy of some sort.
No big deal -- worse things will happen in this lifetime.

this problem -- I'm all ears)!!
