[amibroker] Offline question - What is the experience of using IB

Hi,
 
Appreciate someone can share with me the experience 
using Interactive Brokers. Or someone can recommend me a broker can meet my 
minimum requirements :
 
1. Relatively low commission rate for small trade 
(around USD 1000 per trade).
2. Fast execution.
3. Can use logic to put in order e.g. Buy if the 
price goes up to 1.00 and close the position is the price drop below 0.80 kind 
of orders. 
 
Preferred if the broker can allow international 
trades, Futures, and Commodities.
