For this plot 3 arbitrary RSI() levels were used [35, 50, 65]
A more realistic approach would be to find the most usual RSI() 
levels, which act indeed as support/resistance levels.
A rank procedure of various p from
L1=LEVEL;S1=STEP;
p=cum(RSI()>LEVEL ANS RSI()<=LEVEL+STEP);
would give a more realistic S/R through RSI().
