generally have 3 windows, all set to 15 min, open. I collect 1 min data. I
also have a second instance of AB running on a different DB of 3 windows set
to EOD. During the day I have filterpre/after hours checked on. All are
feeding from Esignal. I do not believe this is new to the last beta nor to the
last full release.

Before I have sent my response I double checked it with
ESIGNAL 1-minute db base interval and 1-minute bar
selected
in View->Intraday menu.
Please tell me:
- how many separate windows do you have open?
- what intervals do you use in those windows (if
different)?
- what base interval of the DB do you use?

with esignal on my computer. I click a bar several back I must read the data
very fast because in 2 seconds ( my refresh setting) the vertical line
vanishes and I see values for the current last bar...... It may work on EOD
data but not on 5- 15 minute bars (at least for me). Perhaps it is a setting
I am unaware of??

No it is not like that. The selection stays in place (at
least using eSignal or myTrack feed).

the current bar as soon as there is a new current bar, so if your refresh
rate is 2 seconds then you have just 2 seconds...
