adding custom commentarys

Tj is there a way to add custom commentarys and buy sell arrows to 
to user charts ,,. the commentary is easy as its just pasted to the 
afl . but can we product the arrows on user charts ? 

also there is a great peice of work do by Dale on candles charts is 
there a way to make his comments appear on the top of the windon as 
some are placed out of view and scrolling is required to view them
