ploting horizontal lines

hi all I was working on code and wanted toplot a 
horizontal line on my custom indicator chart I have tried several combinations 
but can only get vertical lines ?
 
what i what is to plot the line from the bottom of 
the previous trough horizontal across the chart until until the next trough
