Test code assistance request.

Test coding.
I am having extreme difficulty writing code for the following test 
and would appreciate some help to make this work. It is a pattern 
test based on Larry Willima's book Long Term Secrets to Short Term 
Trading rather than the more conventional indicator system test.


The rule is

Go Short - If today's Open is gap up from yesterday's High
And
yesterday's Low is greater than the day before's High
Sell at today's Open.

Cover – Buy back at Open when that next Open value is below the entry 
Open's value.

Set Stop loss at entry price + 25 pts.

Would appreciate help as I cannot determine what code texts would be 
applicable.
