Yes, I’d been watching the April turn date and trying to fit my thoughts to be consistent with it.  But I’ve been quoting incorrectly as April 15 and now that I re read page 26 it is neither April 14 or 15, but April 16, 2009.  Somewhere in there he indicates he believes it will be a ‘reactionary high’ but I can’t located it and the document can’t be searched.  I believe he was not firm on this point but speculating.

Two Armstrong dates approaching, March 19, 2009 (page 25 of the document) and a "more refined" April 14, 2009 (page 26). Worth watching, but these dates are not necessarily tied to the equity market if you read that section.
