[RT] Treasury bond yield

The Treasury Department's website shows that ten-year treasuries hit a
yield of 2.99% today. That's the lowest I can recall. Anyone know if
it's a record?

Despite the stock market's rally over the last few days, one- and
three-month treasury bills are still stuck at panic yields of 0.02%
and 0.05%, respectively.
