here are instructions for using the forecast,,

i would NOT recomend it for day trades unless you  use stops,,

example,,

monday should be a short,, so if we open gap  down say -7,,

i would wait for market to come back to even,, and short there,, with a 5 points stop,,

i would add to the short at minus 11.5  ,,  and close  both at -20,,
