Near Impulse Theory says that the conditions surrounding the LAST pivot influence the timing and pricing of the NEXT pivot. So we must wait until the high pivot is formed to get some idea of the next low.

All indices put in a low pivot on 8/17 and have had four days of up movement. All indices are at price levels for a bearish reversal and are entering Near Impulse windows for a trend change. The most likely scenario is for a high pivot between Thursday and Monday and another leg down. The weekly and monthly charts still indicate the bear to continue.
