As far as I know they do not have a non-shortable list. Here’s a URL for their shortable list and you can see if it helps:

Thanks. A list of the IB non-shortables would be helpful.  Do they have such a list?

Robert. If you are referring to hard-to-short stocks, then Interactive Brokers maintains a list of shortable stocks that do not require additional fees to the lender. If its not on their list, then its difficult or impossible to short.
