The attached study covers data back to 1999.

 

I used the SwingTimer routine

which is detailed in the above URL.

 

SwingTimer uses basically the same logic as the SwingMachine but

is restricted to a very specific set of averaging of the detected data.

 

However, this approach can give us an excellent idea of where,

historically, prices tend to gravitate.
