I have a friend who subscribes to another newsletter published by a "Jason" and he said that the same info was sent out a month ago in their newsltr; i.e., old news, and that the market vs bond ratio has since gone back to normal. 

 

   Query: is the bond v mkt ratio back to normal?   Zait
