I am sorry. the 15 dollar credit was for the
inside combination. buying the 380 put and the 420 call and selling the
straddle. As I said, I was sleep deprived when I did it. That
combination went out at 15.95. for a 95 cent lose. right now there
is an intrinsic value of 13 so there is only about 2 dollars left in
that position with a 5 dollar risk.
the outside combination went out at 14.55. Plus
3.55
You could complete the box for 53.50 and a 2.50
lock.
The straddle can be sold for 29.40 and to buy
it back would cost 30.90. less 13 intrinsic value still has a 16 dollar
potential profit considering a sale at 29.
Now the question is will the stock rally and crush
the straddle and outside combination or will it continue to drop and put the
straddle and outside combination in trouble?
Or would you have sod the box or the outside
combination and locked in the profit. What pushes your
buttons?
