Hi Zach

The graph depicted the relative strength between AIV and BAC not the RSI (relative strength index).
Just wanted to clarify.

Hi Jeff,

RSI is okay for a ranging market, but of little use in a trending market. Neither of these two stocks is affected much so far by the very weak sp500, which is a sign of strength. Actually, I got out of both today, because of the weak indexes, and shorted Monster instead. Theres no point sitting in a stock that can't make up its mind.

best regards

Zach

Hi Zach

Have enclosed a  picture of relative strength between the 2 stocks
you are considering.  AIV has outperformed BAC for the last couple
of years, but as you can see, unless you are expecting a big momentum
move neither one would be considered cheap bargains.

Take care.

Would anyone like to post a view on AIV and BAC. I think they both look like
good buys. Neither went down much with the indexes recently.

best regards

Zach
