[RT] ECBOT Down at Noon today?

I lost connection to ECBOT through Interactive Brokers and Rosenthal
Collins servers today at Noon Central time. It was down for about
twenty minutes.

Did anyone else experience this? It happens to me on rare occasions,
and I wondered if it was an intenet problem affecting me locally,
rather that a problem at ECBOT.
