for adv issues  and   the Mclullen osc for vol

FWIW, SPX has surpassed the Feb04 high,
 whereas the DOW and the NAS (composite)
 have not. SPX has not been this high since
 2002.
 
To break their Jan04 highs, ..
 - DOW needs to go about 300 points
 - NAS needs to go about 150 points
 
This is a rather strong divergence,
 portending a downward move.
