The number of swings used by swing machine to evaluate the next
couple of turning points is based on data only back to the beginning
of 2001 but should be sufficient to give reasonable estimates.
REMEMBER, THE PIVOT USED FOR THE SWINGMACHINE
AND THE ANDREWS FORK ANALYSIS IS WHAT WE TERM
A "forced" PIVOT AND HAS NOT YET BEEN VALIDATED.
However, such pivots often turn into valid pivots and this is a way
to get an "early look" at what may happen.
