I used the term "possible" the high for the
year may be in. I do not know the future 100%, no one does.. hence my
choice
for using the word possible instead of saying
100% certain that an important high is in. (g)
As far as odds.. I'd give it 80% it's in and 20% it
isn't. Good summary below.
