[RT] TS4 settings for FV H3

Hi guys,

I am setting up a computer with TS4/esignal/dynastore. Am stumped on 
how to set the price scale for CBOT 5 yr notes. Nothing I have tried 
works right. TY works with 1/64th but FV does not. Looking at the raw 
data, it is vastly different from TY. Any ideas?
