Hi David and Traders:

This must be a hoax.  I checked the property of this .exe.  It's from
Microsoft and it's a 'system32' application. Sorry for the inconvenience
caused. My sister must have gotten things mixed up.  Regards

According to the Symantec Website:

You have a file called JDBGMGR.EXE which has a teddy bear icon. (This is not
a virus)
