It's programmable using what's called "expert design studio". It can
currently handle most programming requirements except loops and has
backtesting capabilities across entire portfolios, not only single symbols
at a time. Backtesting is on end of day data only, but the cutom indicators
and alerts can be on both eod and intraday data. A 30 day fully functional
free trial is available for evaluation purposes.
