Thanks for the links, I had seen the note at Symantec but the file appears
to be missing from my computer.  I tried unenabling script blocking in NAV
but WinDoctor still indicates file missing.

Dell just sent me an email with a link to Microsoft support that has the
updated verision for this .dll.
