Does not look like the settings for OE 5.50.4807.1700 which is the latest
version of OE 5.5 with all updates applied.

Try these settings in outlook express to block viruses from loading
automatically!
I use McAfee online and it never alerted me of a virus - probably because it
never was executed due to my outlook settings.
