I heard he's buying right here. Clinton sold around $32 in 9/00, and
BushSnr sold at $42 in 10/90.
Remember Bobby Rubin bought dollar yen around Y90 in 9/95 and sold'em
at 140+ in 6/98 and 10/98.
US Treasury announced 30 year buyback in 1/00.
Amazing stuff.
