That's the question.  Since stocks and options are intricately related it
seems to imply that less noise in the stocks might spill over into less
options activity and vice versa with the result that both historical and
implied volatilities go into a scaledown.  So far the VCycles chart doesn't
show any unusual changes in volatility levels.  Looks like business as
usual.  Currently the 5 day historical is greater than the 20 day and 90 day
which has been coincident with good Long trades.
