[RT] DJIA-weekly Andrews & SwingMachine

Interesting that you should ask about longer
term.
I have just posted this to my SwingMachine list and
am just repeating this here.

The following is based on  WEEKLY  data for  DJIA.

This will give you a view of what different
concepts
may arise from use of one tool.

SM leaves no doubt that things are still downward
but
if the shorter (price) projection is correct then
we
may be near the bottom -- however this one does
not
fit the price pattern that has been
established.

The steeper projection (which does tend to fit the
price
pattern) says we have a bit of time and price to
go.

Conventional Andrews would be correct in such a
case.

The  Schiff Andrews  fork
shows prices to have declined to the
median line and turned up.  Under this
scenario we could expect
the DJIA to be at around 11,600 in about 4
to 5 weeks.

Hello Clyde,  I found this website that
forecasts based on previous cycles.  <A
  href="http://www.pcis.net/jeannev/Sp500.htm";>http://www.pcis.net/jeannev/Sp500.htm
It does not look too good for the
  markets.
I was wondering what your long term cycles show?
  Do they confirm these forecasts?
  Steve
