I can not say enough negative things about IB support. I used them very
early on and they could have cared less about their customer's needs. It had
nothing to do with the size of my account which was considerably larger than
their average account. I know many others who had the same experience.

Their rates are low. I suspect this is an attempt to "pre-empt" their
growing competition. If you get stuck in a trade and have no way to get out
those low commission rates become quite expensive. IB is no longer the only
game in town. I suggest exploring alternatives.

I wouldn't trade ANY electronic system without reliable backup.
