So if the stock goes down quite hard, you break about even or lose a little. If the stock goes up quite hard you make around 4 points and if the stock stays about the same you make a little money also. Thanks for the info. And what do you call this kind of spread?

there are only 3 things that can happen on 2/15/01
if qqq is at 67.5 i make $5750 minus the debit of $1375 for the put protection
if qqq is at 60 i sell the 67 put@$7000, buy back the 65put@$5000 and get to keep the $5750 for the short calls
and lost $7500 on the stock.
if it is at 65 then i gain 2000 on the put and 3750 on the calls.

Assuming that you bought 1000 QQQ, and the options were done in lots of 10, the attached is the P/L chart with assumed commissions.
