Stan,
2002 also falls on the 4 year cycle -- the '86 meltdown that
pressaged '87, the 90 mini-bear (weakness appeared before Saddam invaded
Kuwait), the 94 "roling correction", and '98's mini-bear. Now, does anyone
have stats on market conditions in the 2nd and 3rd years of a new
administration?
