Just wondering if anyother rters participated in this class action suit?
Something like a billion dollars is in trust for trades that occurred
between May 1, 1989 and July 17, 1996 for certain stocks through specified
brokers. Checks were scheduled to be distributed this December. After his
year's performance in the Nasdaq it would seem like the litigeous types will
be busier than ever.
