Does anyone know where one can get the CME depth of book real-time data for the CME NQ and ES emini futures contracts? No vendors I speak with seem to carry it. Also, the CME website mentions getting free quotes from their website but the link (www.cme.com/web/realtime) doesn't exist, and the other free data link (/live) just shows last trade, inside bid/offer, etc -- the standard stuff. Any info on this would be greatly appreciated!
