Trading off of Rate of Change is tricky. A Mark Brown had an article on
trading ROC of advancing issues in the recent Active Trader Mag. Here is a
shot of ROC of Cumulative Volume for the last few days. Currently the
hourly, one day, two day are negative but have stabelized and appear to be
trying to turn up. The expectation is price would follow.
