Oh my, do we have a buy? OEX 5 day historical volatility has peaked again
above the 30 level. No guarantees, but it looks like the odds are in favor
of it as indicated by previous peaks above 30. Bob Carvers $C/$P has
dropped to an overly pessimistic 0.53, i.e. bullish within a day or two.
