Yeah.  I was just pointing out that a lot of people are 
looking for capitulation, panic selling and it doesn't always have to 
happen.  And I mistated the facts in my original message.  Should have 
said that I don't remember a real sense of panic in the OCTOBER 99 bottom, NOT 
the SEPTEMBER 99 low.  My bad.
