If this high of 99-24 holds and the bonds then hit 96-26 on a
retracement there is a high probability of the bonds going to 98 even
and then a longer term projection of 96+/- a few ticks. The bonds can't
seem to reach my first upside projection of 100 even. It is a little
different when starting from scratch after a long absences. Ira
