Qsticks = average of (close-open).
The popular and much older RSI indicator does exactly the same thing
except it normalizes the result to a number between 0 and 100.
Donchian channels = plot the highest high of the last N bars and the
lowest low of the last N bars.
They've been around forever but they were popularized as breakout points
by Richard Dennis and the Turtles and further popularized as a false
breakout countertrend method by Raschke and Connors with their Turtle
Soup.
Hard to find anything new in this business. :-)
