This  is a first for me an a combination I didn't think of. So I guess
the NFA sees no conflict with you making un substantiated claims about
performance   and   then   executing  those  advisory  trades  to  get
commissions?  I  would be surprised if they just haven't caught on yet
if that is the case (not saying it is).

Err .. that would be fine with me since it would no way effect me. See
I'm registered with the NFA. Hope you paid more attention to detail as
far  as meeting NFA regulations concerning claims of profitability on
your web site than you did with assuming I'm not registered.
