Your findings compare pretty well when I did a similar study last spring on
the emini before switching from Signal to quote.com. My work involved
comparing the actual tick counts per CME daily time and sales file to the
ticks received from both Signal and quote.com. Since I no longer day trade,
I haven't had the need to check tick counts recently.
