Hi Linda,

Its been a little while since I used Level II, but this is IMO.

Shaken out?  After you are shaken out does price hit your stop or
target?

Glued to Level II on every tick, then you are following the life of a
scalper.

Trading at a disadvantage, NOT.  Follow your system, If you trade NYSE
or NASDAQ it doesn't matter.

SOES is good for the big Nasdaq stocks, not the penny stocks.
