[RT] Duplication of E-mail

I seem to be getting the same E-mail messages delivered day after day and 
multiple times during the day.  Please tell me whether you are experiencing 
problems with your E-mail system.  I will be inquiring to my internet 
provider as well to figure out what might be causing this problem as well.  
Always enjoy reading new RT E-mail but I have to tell you, sifting through 
multiple/duplicate E-mail gets pretty labor intensive.
