off topic: Swiss franc CD's?

Not sure if this is appropriate here, but a relative of mine wants to
buy a CD denominated in Swiss Francs in the (equivalent) $50,000 to
$100,000 USD range.  Any idea where one might go to purchase such a
thing?  Southwest Bank in St. Louis used to do this, but they no longer
do.
