this 13.5 points for each nya move is an average.,
There are extreams were 1 nya point is 26 dow points
And there are days were 1 nya is only 8 dow points
Reason is that dow is a weighted average of 30 stocks and nya is UNWEIGHTED
Average of ALL nyse stocks
